How it works
Starting with 360 Assessment, the program uses a 7 step process that incorporates ‘Feedforward’, to help executives set goals and deliver improvements. Programs are either 6 or 12 months long.
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching uses a ‘Pay on Result’ system where the coach only gets paid when there is a measurable improvement.
How does Executive Coaching differ from Business Coaching?
Whilst there are many aspects of a business’s performance that relate to leadership, these we deal with those in the context of operational and financial performance. Business Coaching focuses on planning, team building, developing systems and acquiring customers. A big part of Business Coaching is problem solving and strategy development.
Executive Coaching deals primarily with Leadership Development; improving thinking, behaviour and actions.
