In many cases business owners and their teams may not have the range and depth of skill required to drive the business outcomes that are expected or required.
Consulting is generally used in the areas of:
- Problem solving
An experienced Business Coach, with their qualifications, practical experience and broad exposure to a large number of businesses, is ideally positioned to assist with reviewing a business’s operations, business model and plans. The Business’s Strategy should be reviewed at least every two years to ensure that the best ideas, plans and practises are in operation.
How it works
Initially an interview will be conducted to collect the relevant information about your business. This will be followed by a 2 hour meeting to discuss the most suitable and relevant strategies for the business.
Who is this for?
- Businesses that are not yet ready for ongoing business coaching but need some advice on strategy.
- Businesses at a strategic decision point – perhaps a new opportunity, a restructure or another difficult issue you’d like advice on.
- Business owners who need unbiased, honest, expert advice and/or problems solved, but not the ongoing support of a business coach.
